Hey sweet girls!
Wow, I can't believe that retreat is 0-v-e-r! I feel like the weekend flew by! How about you?
Clearly, you can see that I have been the worst blog administrator ever the past month, but the retreat planning took precedence over the blog. Which is completely sad, but true.
One of our ladies took pictures the whole time during the retreat and is going to get me a CD of them soon, so, once I get those my plan is to put them on the blog for all to see!
However, while we are waiting, I want to hear from YOU!
Tell me what your favorite part about the retreat was! Did you just love the Shelly and Abby? Would you want them to come back? How about the Q&A, did we answer your questions? Tell me about your small group times, did you think they were beneficial?
Girls, I am so excited to hear what you thought about the retreat. In my biased opinion, I think it went great...but I am more concerned what you thought!

i absolutely had a blast we were all tired but i don't know if any of the other 8th graders learned anything but i know i did and to know that i am chosen by GOD and i am beautiful that made my feel so special and i just want to say a special thanks to Abby for saying that "GOD loves what your looking at" because sometimes i feel unlovable like Shelly said and i know that i am beautiful in God's eyes no matter what any guy thinks of me and that has made my day a little brighter each day knowing that thanks again for an awesome weekend that i hope i never forget.
Wow, Shelly with her amazing speeches, and Abby with her beautiful voice... It almost made me cry listening to both of them. Shelly really connected, just after the two days that I have /known/ them, I have loved them. I hope to see everyone there next year!

oh my gosh! i love shelly and abby they are so cool!! i am so glad lindsee is our girls ministry person...whatever you call it. thanks so much for a great retreat! they should come back next year!
